DOT MIS forms include FMCSA, FAA, RSPA, USCG, and FTA. The random testing percentages can be adjusted for random deficits.

Assistant Pro - our administrative software system from Compliance Information Systems (CIS) and is one of the most advanced of its type in the industry. The software is designed specifically for regulated program administration. CIS has always been an industry leader in substance abuse program software.
The program allows us to maintain all of our clients’ drug and alcohol testing records in complete security. With Assistant Pro we can perform random selections, maintain testing records, and provide status reports on your program, monitor who has been selected for random testing, who has been tested, when and where testing was done, and has not been tested and why. We can also provide end of year statistics for MIS reports.
The Assistant Pro Software random selection portion of the program is called HEIDI. The HEIDI random selection process has been proven to produce truly random and unbiased selections. The Random Selection portion of the program has a proven track record as a “true random” and is not subject to manipulation. eDrugFree Substance Abuse Program Management System is an Internet-based software program that enables Companies to retrieve their drug and alcohol test results, maintain their testing records, and perform many queries and reporting functions in support of their Substance Abuse Prevention Program.
eDrugFree incorporates many powerful searching and results retrieval options yet remains very user friendly. New users typically learn the data retrieval process in minutes. Complete with many search-filtering options available for those with broader requirements.
Clients nationwide use the eDrugFree system; ease of use, anywhere anytime access, and dependable security have made this system a favorite for many companies. Test results are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere on the Internet. All data is encrypted using SSL security.
With www.eDrugFree.com large companies may have a central drug testing program manager who is responsible for managing all company personnel who use this system. IMC will set up an Administrator account. The Administrator can then add additional users with access to the drug test results and can control their access by limiting or enabling various options such as:

System Requirements
eDrugFree will work with any Internet browser but it is optimized for Internet Explorer, Version 5.0 or newer. The browser must be enabled for Java Script and for per-session cookies. The eDrugFree system does not write cookies to the hard drive of the client computer. Screen resolutions of 800 by 600 or 1024 by 768 works well.

Security
eDrugFree uses a two-step login feature. The first login step keeps the casual viewer exploring the eDrugFree.com site from even getting to the individual user login screen and uses a general login username and password. The second login step requires an individual login username and password and is compliant with security and electronic signature requirements.
eDrugFree uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all data transmissions to and from the server, including the second login step. Each individual user’s permissions can be controlled to limit their access to authorized data.
When the individual user logs into the eDrugFree system the screens and the data to which the user has access are determined by the permissions granted by the program administrator.

The MRO office has been on the cutting edge of technology in the area of information transfer and management for the last decade. The computer system’s server has been replaced within the last year so we can serve our clients with the utmost confidence. The MRO track record of no “down” time since 1995 attests to the integrity of our technology infrastructure.
Security and Integrity of your Information Technology System
The MRO’s internal server (intranet) sits in a secure room that is locked independently to prevent unauthorized access. The backup systems provide “mirrored” hard drives, automatic data integrity systems, as well as an independent backup to a source away from the physical location.
The system has a recently updated and properly maintained firewall to prevent any unauthorized “hacking” from the outside. Our Intranet system is housed in a fully secure, reputable network provider. We ensure that our network providers continue to provide us with highest security and data integrity measures in the industry.
Chem Chek’s databases are password protected and the computers are secure from unauthorized access. All confidential documentation not retained for DOT and record keeping purposes is shredded by Chem Chek. Offices are protected by 24-hour alarm monitoring systems.

Within the MRO office, high-level attention is given to the protection of clients’ information assets. Out databases are password protected and computers secure from unauthorized access. We utilize encrypted file sharing when transmitting files of data to our clients.
We recognize and address each individuals Client’s company protocol on employee data systems such as the use of social security numbers, etc. Every paper document in our offices that contains confidential information is shredded our employees are instructed on the confidential nature of their work.
