We provide customized testing programs for federally mandated Department of Transportation (DOT) companies or Drug Free Workplace programs for non-regulated companies. Our company offers specimen collections and breath alcohol testing on-site at your location. In addition we offer hair testing, instant test kits and individual, confidential testing. Chem Chek, Inc. has a long-standing relationship with the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA). Chem Chek is a charter member of DATIA and was recognized as an Accredited Collection Facility in August 2001. Owner Diana Bauske served on the 2001 committee for DATIA’s national conference and is serving on the 2002 committee for the annual DATIA conference. All our collectors are DATIA certified as Certified Professional Collectors (CPCs), most are certified one level higher as Certified Professional Collector Trainers (CPCTs). One of our collectors has been chosen as a Regional Certified Professional Collector Trainer (RCPCT). Our company maintains close business relationships with CMI Intoxilyzers and Intoximeters, who produce DOT approved breathalyzers. All of our employees are certified on at least one breathalyzer and some are certified on two or more. Three of our Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs) are factory-certified technicians and trainers for Intoximeter. We utilize only SAMHSA certified laboratories for all our urine and hair testing. We have long standing accounts with Quest Diagnostics Laboratories, LabCorp, Inc., MedTox Laboratory, NWT Laboratory, and more recently with Advanced Toxicology Network. Additionally, Chem Chek, Inc. has professional ties with two Medical Review Officers — Daniel Drew, M.D. and Neal Sklaver, M.D. Dr. Sklaver is certified through the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO), while Dr. Drew has certification from the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC). Chem Chek is a long standing member of the Richardson, Texas, Chamber of Commerce. |
