BenefitsPeace of Mind Chem Chek, Inc. carries full professional liability insurance coverage on all our employees. This policy is through Travelers Property Casualty/Markel American Insurance Co. and has a $1 million limit. This is an "errors and omissions" policy that protects our clients against any mistakes our employees might make in the collection or reporting process. We also carry full commercial liability coverage in the event any of our employees cause any property damage or personal injury during the course of normal business. This policy is from Markel Insurance Company and has a limit of $1 million and is required by many of our airport collection locations. Finally, Chem Chek, Inc. complies to the fullest extent possible with Texas Workers Compensation requirements. We carry a $500,000 policy through Texas Mutual Insurance Company for the protection of our employees. While Chem Chek, Inc. gladly carries all the above insurance coverage, we are very proud of the fact that we have never had a claim against either our commercial liability or our professional liability policies. |
