The Assistant Pro program allows us to maintain all our clients’ drug and alcohol testing records in complete security. With Assistant Pro we can perform random selections, maintain testing records, and provide status reports on your program. We can also provide end of year MIS reports. We are able to monitor who has been selected for random testing, who has been tested, when and where testing was done, and who has not been tested and why. The Assistant Pro random selection portion of the program is called HEIDI. The HEIDI random selection process has been proven in court and out to produce truly random and unbiased selections. The program is not subject to outside manipulation by the operator.
